The name, and what it means
Beyond 2.0 started in Ottawa in 2013 building practical applications on open data. The name was a promise then and still is: beyond the first version, into what comes next. Today it's the same promise applied to AI: organizations don't need more demos, they need the next version of how they work, and help getting there.
Leadership
Sean Kibbee, founder and CEO, has more than 25 years in IT, including extensive hands-on work helping organizations adopt AI across the Microsoft ecosystem, following two decades of organizational IT innovation in the Government of Canada.
